2. Description of Services

ViTrack provides smart shipping tracking solutions including hardware tracking devices and software platforms for real-time monitoring of shipments. Our services include:

• IoT tracking devices with sensors
• Web-based tracking dashboard
• Mobile applications
• API access for integrations
• Data analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Pricing and Payment

Our current pricing is €30 per tracking unit (plus VAT where applicable), with a minimum order of 10 units. Prices include:

• Hardware tracking device
• Lifetime global connectivity
• Access to all platform features
• Customer support

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our technology
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Gamman Endeavours SL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ViTrack, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide reliable tracking services, we provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of all tracking data in all conditions
• Compatibility with all systems or devices

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamman Endeavours SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gamman Endeavours SL from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

13. Changes to Terms
